Are you a Dining Services Supervisorย seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Look no further! Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dietary rockstars to join our team! If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU!

What Will You Do in This Role?

The Dining Services Supervisor candidate shall have a strong culinary background and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Senior Living dining services, including, purchasing and inventory management, staffing, training, and customer service. The job also involves operating the department within stipulated budget and being financially accountable for the dining services department. As a Dining Services Supervisor, your responsibilities include administrative and managerial tasks such as hiring and training new kitchen staff and other employees as well as assuring the satisfaction of the end product by our residents

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Associate's or higher degree in food service management or in hospitality, including a course of study in food service or restaurant management from an accredited institution of higher learning highly preferred
  • Prior dietary supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
  • Certification in food safety, as required by state regulations
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
