Position Overview:
The responsibility of our Dining Room Captain is to greet and assist our dine-in customers and keep the dining area clean and well-stocked. Prior experience as a host, hostess, or restaurant crew member, team member is not required but is preferred.
The team member's role is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to serve the community and make a real difference in the daily lives of everyone we meet! Our mission is to be the heart and hands of our community, serving first and producing smiles. As long as we are delivering those things, we believe that we have the ability to make our city an even better place! We'd love for you to partner with us!
Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Using our "CORE 4" model to serve guests: Creating eye contact, smiling, speaking enthusiastically, staying connected
  • Providing Second Mile Service: Go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Striving to build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require teamwork.
  • The ability to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis
