POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for curating, organizing, and optimizing digital content across web, mobile, and other platforms to ensure a high-quality, consistent user experience. The Digital Content Specialist analyzes content needs and performance data, tracks key metrics, and applies best practices to improve content effectiveness and inform content strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Curates and manages digital content across web, mobile, and other digital platforms to support business and customer needs
  • Researches, coordinates, edits, and integrates content from writers, designers, and other contributors
  • Produces and assembles layouts that align with established brand, style, and accessibility guidelines
  • Organizes content in a clear, intuitive way that is most useful and relevant for target audiences
  • Performs website editorial activities to ensure content is accurate, high quality, up-to-date, and consistent
  • Analyzes content needs and reviews content consumption data to optimize performance and user engagement
  • Identifies, tracks, and reports on key metrics to measure the success of content curation efforts
  • Stays current on industry best practices, digital trends, and emerging content standards
  • Makes recommendations to improve content strategy, structure, and delivery
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and other stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS
