Transformation Analyst – Supply Chain Management

The Transformation Analyst for Supply Chain Management will be a key contributor to strategic initiatives to modernize, optimize, and digitize the end-to-end supply chain within a dynamic automotive environment. This role will support a high-performing team responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing agility, and enabling sustainable growth through innovative supply chain practices and technologies.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Strategic Analysis & Planning:

  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to enable transformation across global supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, and demand planning.

  • Support the development and execution of transformation roadmaps and strategic plans.

  • Utilize value stream mapping as a tool for process optimization.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify inefficiencies and work with cross-functional teams to implement lean and digital solutions.

  • Benchmark & standardize processes across regions and business units to improve visibility and performance.

  • Challenge the status quo to optimize footprint, including the evaluation of opportunities to insource or outsource raw material sourcing & logistics services.

Technology Enablement:

  • Drive adoption of advanced technologies such as AI/Machine Learning in supply chain operations.

  • Collaborate with IT and external partners to support implementation of application landscaping, supply chain control towers, and predictive analytics platforms.

Project Support & Implementation:

  • Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation projects.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, recommending adjustments as needed.

What is required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

· Understanding of global supply chain trends, digital technologies, and regulatory requirements

· 2+ years of experience in supply chain management roles or supporting supply chain transformation initiatives

· Experience working in manufacturing is strongly preferred; automotive experience a plus

· Understanding of global supply chain trends, digital technologies, and regulatory requirements.
