2. Hands-on Execution and Delivery
  • Own or directly contribute to key deliverables, including digital roadmaps, campaign briefs, journey maps, segmentation frameworks, measurement plans, POVs, workshop materials, and optimization recommendations.
  • Translate client objectives, performance insights, and strategic recommendations into actionable workplans, requirements, timelines, and next steps for internal teams.
  • Proactively identify executional blockers, gaps, and opportunities; help solve issues in the work rather than only escalating them.

  • Leverage generative AI to inform creative testing, content variations, strategic exploration, and workflow efficiencies.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI-driven marketing, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and innovation.

5. Client Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead executive-level presentations, translating analytical insights into clear business implications, recommendations, and executional next steps.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams while maintaining enough command of the details to speak credibly about status, tradeoffs, and delivery implications.
  • Collaborate with interagency partners, including media teams, to deliver integrated client solutions from strategy through hands-on execution.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising within an agency environment.
  • Proven success leading integrated omnichannel campaigns from strategy through hands-on execution and optimization.

  • HCP client experience required.
  • Comfort balancing big-picture thinking and senior client communication with practical delivery ownership in a fast-moving agency environment.
  • Strong ability to synthesize data into insights, articulate performance narratives, and translate recommendations into actionable deliverables that influence decision-making.
