Transportation Digital Production Area Lead

As the Digital Production Area Lead, in the Transportation Business Group, you would be responsible for collaborating with the Digital Delivery Cross Sector and the Digital Design teams, to update and maintain HDR production standards, supporting resources, and documentation related to digital production content. As an Area Lead, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of CAD management and BIM execution plans, enabling seamless coordination across multi-discipline projects. Your expertise in design software and delivery workflow innovations will be crucial in advising project leadership. Additionally, you will lead project production teams, coordinate work sharing efforts, manage project deliverables to meet high-quality standards and develop and train staff in standard production workflows to create consistency in project development and execution.

In the role of Digital Design Project Lead, we'll count on you to: Use knowledge of tools and drafting to complete assigned tasks including completing design changes, general arrangement of drawing production, plotting, and drafting using BIM/CAD platforms, and 2D/3D model review. Work closely with engineers and senior designers on assigned projects, be able to read and understand engineering drawings and markups. Have an ability to coordinate submittals and exhibits for clients, governmental agencies, permitting agencies, etc. for reviews, approvals, and other milestones. Perform thorough quality control (QA/QC) of models and sheet files for standards compliance and discipline coordination. Be able to handle multiple, demanding, and complex projects in a timely manner with accurate results and perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
