As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Web Developer & Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for maintaining our digital presence, supporting marketing operations, and streamlining business processes through automation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile professional who is experienced in WordPress development, website management, automation, and digital marketing platforms. In this role, you will help ensure our websites run efficiently, support marketing initiatives, and create automated workflows that improve operational effectiveness.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director to support business goals through accurate reporting, process automation, and website optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management
  • Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and security of multiple WordPress websites hosted on WPEngine.
  • Design, build, and launch new landing pages and website sections using Elementor.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
  • Maintain website content, including adding new pages and updating or removing staff profiles as needed.
  • Ensure websites remain secure, optimized, and up to date.
Automation & Reporting
  • Identify manual processes and develop automated workflows using Zapier.
  • Automate tracking and reporting of qualified policies received, including source attribution through CallTrackingMetrics (CTM).
  • Streamline the documentation of Google Ads spend into Google Sheets.
  • Ensure accurate data flow between websites, marketing platforms, and Dazos CRM.
  • Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual work and reporting errors.
Digital Marketing Operations
  • Manage and work within:
    • Google Ads
    • Google Analytics
    • Opteo
    • CallTrackingMetrics (CTM)
    • Dazos CRM
  • Assist with campaign performance tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure marketing and website data is collected accurately and reported effectively.
QualificationsTechnical Experience
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
  • Strong experience with Elementor.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • Basic PHP
    • JavaScript
  • Experience managing websites hosted on WPEngine.
Automation & Platforms
  • Experience with Zapier and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Opteo, and CallTrackingMetrics.
  • Experience building automated workflows across multiple software platforms.
CRM & Operations
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience with Dazos CRM is strongly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment
  • Full-time, in-office position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Reports directly to company leadership.
