What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Identifying opportunities for process automation and digital innovation to enhance operational efficiency
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute digital projects and initiatives
  • Overseeing the IT department, ensuring robust and secure IT infrastructure while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

  • Proven experience as a senior IT leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment with 10+ years experience
