  • This position is designed and intended to be performed on-site in Muscatine, IA.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead keyword, search, and category analysis to identify growth opportunities, improve product visibility, and support digital commerce strategy.
  • Monitor competitive activity and marketplace trends, developing recommendations that strengthen merchandising performance and business results.
  • Optimize product listings, content, and digital shelf execution to improve customer engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, translating complex data into actionable insights for merchandising, marketing, and channel teams.
  • Analyze ecommerce and digital marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations that improve ROI and business outcomes.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, and performance improvements across digital channels.
  • Support assigned retail partners by executing digital commerce initiatives, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with ecommerce objectives.
  • Conduct listing audits and implement enhancements that improve content accuracy, pricing integrity, operational effectiveness, and sales performance.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related area of study)
  • Experience with uploading ecommerce product catalogs on key retailer sites including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, etc.
  • ย 1 or more years of experience performing a similar role.ย 
  • Exposure to setting up and managing digital commerce PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly skilled at manipulating data in Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and stay organized.ย 
  • Driving results, managing performance and thinking creatively
  • Ability to bring enthusiasm to teamwork.
