Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Ecommerce Intern to support our Digital Commerce team across site operations, ecommerce merchandising, and digital marketing execution. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in how a fast-paced consumer brand operates across ecommerce, site management, marketing support, and cross-functional execution.

This role will report to the Senior Director of Ecommerce Merchandising with a dotted line to the Director of Ecommerce and will support a range of backend, operational, and coordination tasks that help keep the business running efficiently. This is a part-time, non-exempt position based at our Carlsbad, CA headquarters, with an expected schedule of up to 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support backend data maintenance and administrative work within Shopify and other ecommerce tools
  • Assist with product, collection, and site-related updates to ensure accuracy and organization across the ecommerce experience
  • Provide backend support for site operations, including executional tasks, data upkeep, and general platform administration
  • Maintain and send traffic links for digital marketing campaigns and activations
  • Help coordinate administrative support around influencers and content creators
  • Assist with moderating and managing product reviews, quizzes, and other customer-facing site content
  • Help maintain trackers, project plans, and team workflows in tools such as Monday.com, Google Sheets, and Excel
  • Take on ad hoc administrative, project, and execution support tasks as needed to improve team efficiency and help move priorities forward

Qualifications:

  • Recent college graduate, preferably with a degree in business, marketing, communications, merchandising, ecommerce, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and consumer brands
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with or interest in learning platforms such as Shopify, Monday.com, and other ecommerce or project management tools
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever support is needed.
