Direct Edge Media is a fast paced and quickly growing printing company specializing in digital, offset and large format printing for enterprise, agency and trade printers. If you are looking for an opportunity to work in an environment that values your professional skills, Direct Edge Media has a career path for you. We are currently seeking experienced and professional full-time candidates to join our team.


As a Production Associate - Finishing, you'll help transform printed materials into finished products ready for delivery. You'll support finishing, packaging, kitting, and fulfillment operations while learning multiple aspects of large-format production.

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality, and are eager to learn. Previous print or finishing experience is helpful but not required- we're willing to train the right person. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment, and wants to build new skills and grow within the print industry. 




Requirements

 What You'll Do

  • Read and follow job tickets and customer specifications. 
  • Finish printed products according to quality standards and customer requirements. 
  • Perform trimming, mounting, laminating, and grommet installation for banners and graphic displays. 
  • Count, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. 
  • Assist with shrink wrapping, bundling, palletizing, and packaging. 
  • Support kitting, assembly, and fulfillment projects as needed. 
  • Prepare shipments for FedEx, UPS, freight carriers, company deliveries, and will-call orders. 
  • Work closely with Quality Control and Production teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 
  • Learn new equipment, processes, and production techniques through on-the-job training. 
  • Support other production and finishing activities as business needs require.

  • Previous print, manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or finishing experience is helpful, but      not required. 
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Compensation:

The base compensation range for this full-time position is $19.50-$21.00 per hour plus benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
