  • Design engaging digital and print assets, including social media graphics, advertisements, event materials and templates.
  • Collaborate with the marcomm team to align visual content with strategic goals, campaigns, and brand standards.
  • Support content creation for admissions and marketing initiatives, including campaigns that incorporate geographic and audience targeting strategies.
  • Assist in developing content tailored to specific audiences and regions (e.g., suburb- or zip code-based messaging) to support enrollment marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Meta Business Suite, including building, managing and optimizing geotargeted advertising campaigns to reach key audiences.
  • Organize and maintain CSG's digital asset library, including photography and video archives.
  • Manage CSG's social media calendar, content and visual storytelling across platforms, including planning, scheduling and publishing photography, video and graphic assets aligned with marketing priorities and audience targeting.
  • Assist with written content as needed, including captions, web stories, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with visual storytelling.
  • Track performance of visual content and support ongoing optimization of creative assets.
  • Serve as an ambassador of CSG's brand, mission and commitment to a girl-centered education.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Strategic Communications & Marketing or Head of School.

Qualifications & Requirements:
