Job Title

This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of Google Search Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment and support patient acquisition goals.

Essential Job Duties

PPC Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve patient acquisition goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust bidding strategies accordingly.
  • Be the subject matter expert on Google search ads interface, including evolving AI functionality.
  • Utilize all best practices around campaign construction and management.
  • Keep up to date on PPC trends by ongoing training and research.
  • Create and send marketing emails using platforms like Constant Contact.
  • Perform AB tests to improve email performance.
  • Basic email automation.
  • Update PPC and email landing pages as needed in Wordpress.
  • Work closely with the Digital Director to align PPC and email digital strategies with overall marketing objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Work with analytics specialist to ensure accurate reporting of PPC and email metrics.
  • Work with digital writer on ad and landing page copy.
  • Keyword Research & Targeting:

    • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure effective ad placement and engagement, including geotargeting strategies to reach relevant demographics.
    • Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.

    Qualifications Requirements

    Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
