Position Summary: Digital Media Specialist This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of Google Search Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment and support patient acquisition goals. The primary focus is on campaign performance, including regular monitoring, data analysis, and strategic adjustments to bidding and targeting. This position serves as the subject matter expert on the Google Ads interface, including emerging AI-driven functionalities, and applies industry best practices to ensure effective campaign construction and management.
Additionally, this position supports the email acquisition channel by creating and sending campaigns through platforms like Constant Contact. A working knowledge of email tools and basic HTML is required.
Success in this role requires expertise in paid search advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage and optimize campaigns independently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in campaign management, data interpretation, and strategic optimization. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to staying ahead of digital marketing trends are essential for long-term success.
T his is a hybrid role requiring candidates to reside in the Tennessee area, with a combination of on-site and remote work.
Job Duties:
  • PPC Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve patient acquisition goals. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust bidding strategies accordingly. Be the subject matter expert on Google search ads interface, including evolving AI functionality. Utilize all best practices around campaign construction and management. Keep up to date on PPC trends by ongoing training and research.
  • Update PPC and email landing pages as needed in Wordpress.
  • Work closely with the Digital Director to align PPC and email digital strategies with overall marketing objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and branding. Work with analytics specialist to ensure accurate reporting of PPC and email metrics. Work with digital writer on ad and landing page copy.
  • Keyword Research & Targeting: Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure effective ad placement and engagement, including geotargeting strategies to reach relevant demographics
  • Create and send marketing emails using platforms like Constant Contact. Perform AB tests to improve email performance. Basic email automation.
