Job description

ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Associate, Web Analytics and Content Intelligence will play a critical role within Pfizer's Media Measurement department. They will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of web analytics and content intelligence analyses to enhance Pfizer's digital presence. Successful performance in this role requires exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, as the Senior Associate will closely collaborate with key business partners both internally and externally. They will contribute to the detailed process of report delivery, including defining specifications, ensuring quality assurance, and timely distribution.

The Senior Associate will also be responsible for maintaining smooth operational processes, facilitating on-time presentations, and promptly responding to data inquiries. Their meticulous attention to detail and dedication to efficient workflows will be instrumental in achieving these objectives. This position presents a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on Pfizer's digital marketing efforts. The Senior Associate will contribute to the company's transformation and help shape its digital presence as a leading healthcare organization.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support delivery of web analytics and creative reporting for their line of business including: Track and ensure timely delivery of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

  • Collaboration with Media Measurement colleagues and agency partners to ensure web and creative reporting effectively integrates into end-to-end reviews of media campaign performance reports.

  • Create & oversee website business requirements for analytics, & tagging Oversee UAT with agency & cross-functional team

  • Maintain SDR to provide Digital for implementation

  • Liaison with media & digital on 3rd party tagging

  • Work with Publicis to apply eVars, etc. to Adobe Analytics

  • Contribute to user experience (UX) related analyses, providing insights and recommendations to improve the user journey and optimize website performance.

  • Field ad hoc analytic questions, supporting colleagues in use of dashboards

  • Track agency activities and ensure timely updates of reporting dashboards when needed (e.g., annual update, website updates mid-year)

  • Support quality assurance (QA) checks on dashboards and other analytic updates, ensuring accuracy and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Support web and creative test and learn programs for their lines of business, collaborating with stakeholders to design experiments and analyze results to inform future strategies.

  • Consult with leadership team to understand and meet their reporting needs, providing insights and recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics, content intelligence, marketing, and measurement, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise in these areas.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Data Science) with at least 2+ years of experience; OR a master's degree; OR an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience.

  • 1 year or more years' experience in web analytics in a professional environment is preferred.

  • Prior experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a related life sciences industry and in their assigned line of business.

  • Familiarity with data-driven media planning and buying approaches.

  • Acumen for analyzing data sets and providing actionable insights for executive decision making.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functionalteams.

  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (preferred), Google Analytics, or similar platforms, Adobe Tag Manager, A/B testing platforms, MTA tools, Dynamic Creative Optimization, and AI products.

  • Ability to contribute to cross-functional and cross-business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable the teams to achieve successful delivery.

  • Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure, take accountability, and meet deadlines, strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,700.00 to $137,900.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
