Job Summary

Organized Living is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic marketing programs and cross-functional projects supporting our Single Family and Multifamily divisions. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and serves as a central point of coordination between Marketing, Sales, Software Development, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

The Program Manager will take complex initiatives from concept through execution by establishing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and dependencies, identifying risks, and ensuring teams remain aligned and accountable. This role will help turn strategic priorities into well-organized, measurable programs that are successfully delivered.

This is a highly collaborative position focused on program and project management, process improvement, launch execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and skilled at bringing structure to complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will: 

  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing programs and cross-functional projects supporting the Single Family and Multifamily businesses.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ownership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish project workflows, communication plans, meeting cadences, and processes that keep stakeholders informed and accountable.
  • Manage project dependencies and proactively identify, communicate, and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure follow-up and accountability.
  • Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of sales enablement resources, customer communications, training materials, presentations, and other program assets.
  • Partner with Single Family and Multifamily Sales leadership to support strategic initiatives, customer engagement programs, and partner development efforts. 
  • Support the planning and execution of customer engagement, partner development, and other strategic programs.
  • Serve as the Marketing project lead and liaison for Single Family and Multifamily software initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Software Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on software launches, enhancements, commercialization efforts, and customer adoption initiatives.
  • Help translate business and customer needs into project requirements, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Gather and organize customer and internal feedback regarding software functionality, adoption, and user experience.

  • Establish appropriate measures and reporting to evaluate program progress, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Monitor project and program performance and recommend adjustments when initiatives are not meeting objectives.
  • Support the division leaders in executing strategic initiatives for the Single Family and Multifamily businesses.
  • Provide strategic insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends that support business planning and long-term growth. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, marketing, or sales enablement. 
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth. 
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Experience managing trade shows, conferences, and large-scale marketing events. 
  • Experience developing sales enablement tools and supporting high-performing sales organizations. 
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, software marketing, and customer engagement strategies. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation development skills. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and marketing ROI. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving projects from concept through execution. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms. 
  • Experience within the building products, construction, residential homebuilding, home organization, or software industries is preferred.
