Responsibilities

· Design, build, test, and launch marketing emails and landing pages in support of digital campaigns and business priorities.

· Support execution of promotional, nurture, and operational email communications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand standards.

· Create and update digital assets within marketing platforms, including edits to email templates, landing pages, forms, and related campaign components.

· Perform quality assurance testing for emails and landing pages to confirm functionality, formatting, links, responsiveness, and overall user experience across devices and platforms.

· Assist with audience segmentation, list management, and campaign setup to support effective targeting and deployment.

· Help manage recurring and ad hoc operational email requests, ensuring all communications follow established workflows and approval processes.

· Pull campaign and channel performance metrics as needed, including email and landing page reporting, to support team analysis and optimization efforts.

· Organize and share performance data with team members to assist with reporting, measurement, and continuous improvement.

· Provide day-to-day executional support to the U.S.-based digital marketing team across a range of digital initiatives and tactical needs.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to meet deadlines, incorporate revisions, and deliver high-quality digital marketing assets.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

· Approximately 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.

· Hands-on experience building, editing, testing, and deploying emails and landing pages within marketing automation platforms or similar digital tools.

· Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, responsive design, digital production workflows, and quality assurance processes.

· Experience supporting operational or recurring email communications with strong attention to detail and process adherence.

· Ability to pull campaign metrics and organize performance data to support reporting and optimization.

· Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

· Familiarity with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and digital campaign execution best practices.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects accurately and efficiently.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

· Demonstrated curiosity and interest in the evolving use of AI-assisted platforms, with a willingness to learn, adopt, and help support future AI-enabled tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or similar tools.

· Familiarity with Salesforce or related CRM platforms.

· Experience supporting U.S.-based marketing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
