Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Summary and Objectives

The Digital Marketing Coordinator I role is a versatile marketing professional responsible for supporting digital marketing, social media management, event & community engagement support, content creation, and brand stewardship.

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of marketing, digital media, and communication skills with the ability to support multiple projects across various business units.

Essential Job Functions

  • Create and manage digital content across social media platforms, blogs, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company objectives, brand standards, and marketing initiatives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written communications.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, customer communications, and service announcements with approved content.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and assist with digital advertising initiatives.
  • Assist with execution of community events, trade shows, open houses, employee events, and customer engagement programs.
  • Monitor online reputation and engage professionally with customers and community members across digital platforms.
  • Support crisis communications and emergency communications efforts with direction from leadership utilizing approved content and copy.
  • Maintain current knowledge of telecommunications products, industry trends, marketing best practices, and digital technologies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating ownership, professionalism, effective communication, and a customer-first mindset.

  • No direct supervisory responsibility.

Education

·         Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, managing social media accounts, digital marketing or related roles.
  • Telecommunications, broadband, technology, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Basic graphic design or multimedia editing skills preferred (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
  • Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and paid social campaign management.
  • Photography, videography, graphic design, and content creation experience is a preference.

This position is Safety Sensitive under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Law.

Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management based on the needs of the business.
