The Manager, FP&A - Digital oversees financial planning, performance analysis, and results tracking for the eCommerce business unit. This role manages a team of analysts and acts as a key partner to the Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams. The Team Lead ensures a clear understanding of revenue drivers, profitability, and online performance indicators to support sustainable and profitable growth.

Your Role :

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of FP&A analysts.

  • Ensure the quality, rigor, and consistency of all analyses produced.

  • Set priorities and ensure deadlines are met.

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for the Digital unit.

  • Develop and maintain financial models related to sales, margin, acquisition costs, promotions, and EBITDA.

  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts and provide clear recommendations.

eCommerce Performance Monitoring

  • Produce and interpret key KPIs such as traffic, conversion, average order value, cancellation rate, and more.

  • Assess the performance of marketing initiatives.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with Digital teams to understand priorities and operational challenges.

  • Translate business needs into relevant financial analyses.

  • Participate in the financial evaluation of Digital projects and investments.

Data Governance and Quality

  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of data used in analyses.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.

  • Maintain high standards of documentation and financial discipline.

The qualifications we're looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or performance marketing.

  • Experience in team management or functional leadership.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

  • Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs.

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI) is an asset.

  • Strong leadership and ability to set clear priorities.

  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts.

  • Rigor, autonomy, and strong analytical thinking.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
