About This Role
Today, we're ready to expand our team and add a Digital Project Manager. We are looking for a Sr Digital PM with experience managing multiple technical projects at a time.
What You Will Work On
  • Work with clients and partners to define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and identify requirements.
  • Lead a team responsible for implementing software solutions, digital solutions, Salesforce, collaboration technology, workforce automation and/or content/marketing solutions for our clients
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to resolve issues, collaborate on solutions, and to communicate project status and presentations.
  • Manage budget, timeline and resources to successful project completion
  • Drive the project and execution to meet client delivery timelines and expectations Managing client resources and the work within budget and timeline
  • Escalate issues ahead of time, removing any impediments to the projects successful completion
  • Provide status reporting to client and project stakeholders; where we are with project deliverables
  • Schedule lay out what tasks are needed to complete the project and in what timeframe
  • Determine what types of skillsets are needed for projects and staff accordingly
  • Participate in internal collaboration meeting to share updates and find opportunities for new business Act as a consultative, trusted advisor for clients on projects
  • Act as the expert resource to business leaders in the development of solutions to meet business needs
  • Coordinate with other leaders within the Solution Delivery group as well and other IT and business leaders to ensure holistic application solution designs meet business needs
  • Stay abreast of digital solution trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Produce and maintain project documentation, including SOW's, requirements, meeting notes, status reports, change management, and client approval documents.
  • Experience working with client-senior management teams on business and technology.
  • Communicate with internal and client teams effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met on schedule.

What You Will Bring
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in project management managing and implementing software solutions, digital solutions, Sharepoint, collaboration technology, workforce automation, devops, and/or cloud.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum project methodology required. CSM certification a plus.
  • Experience in defining, implementing and assisting in project methodology.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving project timelines on medium to large size projects.
  • Strong self-motivation, multi-tasking on multiple projects and the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
  • Must have the ability to adjust on the fly with company activities and be comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, public speaking, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent process development, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrates high levels of attention to detail, organization skills and tenacity.
  • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems (including strong skills with analytical tools)
  • Strong team player who can work across multiple functions and disciplines
