Job description

Responsible for supporting and advancing the GIES digital platform and suite of services by enhancing user experience and enabling commercialization of digital offerings.
Operating across regions (Americas, EMEA, Asia PAC), this role coordinates customer and inspector onboarding, manages platform enhancements, and partners cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Legal, and Commercial teams to support new product rollouts, training assets, and analytics reporting.
While the role has no direct reports, it serves as a key influencer in shaping digital strategy, improving operational efficiency, and delivering scalable value through Digital Services.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' progressive experience in industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Prefered Project/Program Management and planning experience.
  • Prefered industry experience should include pressure equipment fabrication and/or certification or power plant experience.
  • Experience working with different geographies and cultures
  • Experience bringing new services to market
