Sales & Digital Content Coordinator

Reports To: Vice President of Sales

Position Overview

Edge Plastics is seeking a highly organized, technology-driven professional to join our team as a Sales & Digital Content Coordinator. This role combines sales support, customer service, digital content management, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly proficient with computers and digital tools. Success in this position requires strong Microsoft Excel skills, accurate data entry abilities, experience working with digital photography and image editing, and the ability to quickly learn customer systems and software platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both analytical and creative work while supporting a growing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

  • Review customer orders for pricing accuracy, shipping compliance, and customer-specific requirements
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and sales materials for leadership and customer meetings
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests through Outlook, customer portals, and other communication platforms
  • Provide professional customer service and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution
  • Maintain customer, pricing, product, and sales information with high attention to detail

Digital Content & Photography

  • Capture, edit, organize, and maintain high-quality digital product images using phone or camera technology
  • Upload and manage product images and content across customer portals, internal databases, and shared drives
  • Support development of product catalogs, PowerPoint presentations, digital marketing materials, and promotional content
  • Maintain organized electronic files and digital assets for quick team access and retrieval

Data Entry & Systems Management

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry across spreadsheets, databases, and customer systems
  • Maintain pricing documentation, product information, and customer records using Microsoft Excel and related software
  • Assist with retail portal setup, product maintenance, and online system updates
  • Conduct pricing survey entry and reporting from retail store visits
  • Learn and navigate multiple customer portals and business software platforms

Operations & Team Support

  • Coordinate sample inventory, shipments, and showroom organization
  • Assist with trade show preparation including product samples, booth materials, and shipping coordination
  • Prepare vendor agreements and administrative documentation for leadership review
  • Support compliance documentation and certificate tracking requirements
  • Collaborate across departments as a flexible and dependable team player

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, administrative support, customer service, marketing support, or related roles
  • Experience working in a business-to-business environment preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License

Technical Skills

  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data entry, spreadsheets, and digital file organization
  • Comfortable learning new software systems, customer portals, and online tools
  • Experience taking and editing digital product photos preferred
  • Familiarity with image editing, file management, or digital content organization is a plus
  • Experience with Photoshop or other image editing programs a plus

Starting Annual Salary: $53,000-$58,000 based on experience
