We are seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or experienced Dental Assistant to join a modern, well-established dental practice in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule with the option to work a fifth day if desired. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, professional, and comfortable supporting both back and front office operations.

Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms Taking digital X-rays Sterilization and infection control compliance Providing patient education and support Assisting front office as needed (phones, scheduling, check-in/out) Maintaining smooth daily workflow and team collaboration This practice values professionalism, efficiency, and a positive team culture. Schedule: Monday - Wednesday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM Thursday | 7:00am -3:00pm Optional 5th day available Compensation: Up to $40/hour DOE Requirements Active California RDA license OR experienced Dental Assistant Willing to be cross-trained in both front and back office (or already experienced in both) Proficiency in digital X-rays, Dentrix, Dexis, Carestream, Smile Stream.
