What will you be doing?
  • Lead: Lead merchandise and inventory planning strategies across eCommerce, marketplace, wholesale, and omnichannel fulfillment channels. Develop annual budgets, seasonal plans, and in-season forecasts that align financial objectives with customer demand, inventory availability, and fulfillment capabilities.
  • Drive: Drive demand forecasting and inventory optimization by leveraging historical performance, customer behavior, digital commerce trends, promotional activity, and market insights. Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation efforts to proactively address demand fluctuations, supply constraints, and evolving business needs.
  • Partner: Partner closely with Merchandising, Digital Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to align planning strategies and execute solutions that support growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to ensure inventory investments support brand objectives and business goals.
  • Analyze: Analyze sales, inventory, conversion, and product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Monitor key performance indicators including sell-through, inventory turn, weeks of supply, GMROI, fill rate, product availability, and average order value, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Develop: Develop and execute allocation, replenishment, assortment, and lifecycle management strategies that maximize product availability, improve full-price sell-through, and reduce excess inventory. Continuously enhance planning processes, forecasting tools, and analytics capabilities to drive innovation and improve business performance while coaching and developing planning talent.
