Job description

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Marketing Intern to support our customer acquisition and growth efforts.

You’ll work across digital campaigns, content, research, and growth experiments. We’re particularly interested in someone who understands programmatic advertising and knows how to test creative, data-driven ways of attracting and converting customers.

What you’ll do

  • Help plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support programmatic advertising, audience targeting, and retargeting.
  • Develop and test growth ideas across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Test audiences, messages, creatives, landing pages, and acquisition channels.
  • Conduct competitor, customer, and market research.
  • Help manage campaign tracking, pixels, UTMs, and reporting.
  • Turn results into clear recommendations for the wider team.
  • Contribute to content, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

What we’re looking for

  • A student in marketing, business, communications, analytics, or a related field.
  • Practical knowledge of programmatic advertising and digital campaign optimization.
  • A growth mindset: you can identify opportunities, form hypotheses, run experiments, and learn from the results.
  • Familiarity with conversion funnels, audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  • Confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership.

Experience can come from internships, university projects, freelance work, personal projects, or campaigns you have run independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, or another DSP.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of landing-page optimization, marketing automation, SEO, or SQL.
  • An understanding of privacy, consent, and responsible advertising practices.

What you'll get

Real ownership. You’ll help take campaigns and growth experiments from idea through launch, measurement, and iteration. You’ll develop practical experience in programmatic advertising, campaign optimization, growth strategy, and AI-assisted creative production, leaving with measurable work you can point to. Strong performers may be considered for an extension or future full-time roles, depending on performance and business needs.

Working arrangement

Fully remote, 3–6 months, with possibility of extension and full-time founding team role. We’re flexible around academic commitments and happy to support applicants seeking academic credit. Compensation commensurate with applicant experience.
