About Discover Banff Tours

Discover Banff Tours is a Canadian Rockies sightseeing and adventure tour company. Our team also supports Banff Trail Riders, Chinook Rafting, and other affiliated tourism brands.

We're looking for an organized, curious, and digitally minded Digital Coordinator to join our Product Services team. If you enjoy learning new technology, solving problems, asking questions, and finding ways to improve things, we'd love to hear from you.


Position Overview

Reporting to the Product Services Manager, the Digital Coordinator helps manage and improve our websites, online sales channels, social media, and other digital tools.

You'll work with internal teams and our external marketing agency to keep our digital content accurate and engaging, coordinate marketing initiatives, and support new products and projects across our brands.


Key Responsibilities


Website & Digital Content Management

  • Update product descriptions, blogs, promotions, landing pages, images, and other website content.
  • Ensure website information remains accurate, current, and aligned with company branding.
  • Support website enhancements and ongoing optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, navigation, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate website improvements with external developers and the marketing agency.


Marketing & Agency Support

  • Help coordinate day-to-day communication for the company's external marketing agency.
  • Support digital campaigns, SEO, advertising, and seasonal promotions.
  • Provide product updates, operational information, images, and campaign priorities to agency partners.
  • Review digital campaigns, website updates, and marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Help coordinate projects, timelines, and approvals with internal teams and external partners. Work with internal departments to gather information and communicate priorities to external partners.
  • Monitor campaign progress and assist in measuring campaign success.


Online Review Management

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews across our businesses and major review platforms.
  • Escalate guest concerns when needed and identify recurring feedback or opportunities for improvement.
  • Help monitor review performance and share relevant trends with the team.
  • Prepare periodic reports summarizing review performance.


Social Media

  • Provide the agency with brand direction, campaign priorities, business updates, and suitable photos or other assets.
  • Review, edit, and approve social media content for all businesses before publication.
  • Support additional or time-sensitive content and monitor guest interactions across social channels.


Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Coordinate influencer and content creator communications, visits, and hosting arrangements
  • Provide brand guidelines, key messaging, and content direction while reviewing and approving deliverables.
  • Maintain relationships and help track partnership results and opportunities.


Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and booking trends.
  • Help monitor digital performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Share observations and ideas for improvement.
