Digital Asset Manager | Fashion

Weโ€™re partnering with a leading fashion apparel company to find an experienced Digital Asset Manager to join a high-volume photo studio team in Beverly Hills.

This role will own the full digital asset lifecycle, from photoshoot through final delivery, managing over 1, 000 digital assets per month while ensuring consistency, quality, and on-time execution.

The ideal candidate has experience in fashion, apparel, eCommerce, photography, post-production, or creative operations and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What youโ€™ll do:

โ€ข Manage high-volume digital asset workflows from production through final delivery

โ€ข Oversee asset organization, naming conventions, tracking, and storage

โ€ข Review assets for quality and retailer, marketing, packaging, and eCommerce specifications

โ€ข Coordinate with offshore post-production and AI studio teams

โ€ข Support basic image editing, including cropping, resizing, and color correction

โ€ข Manage asset requests, deadlines, delivery, and troubleshooting

โ€ข Partner cross-functionally with photo services, editors, sales, and creative teams

โ€ข Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and asset delivery

What weโ€™re looking for:

โ€ข 4+ years of experience in digital asset management, post-production, or creative operations

โ€ข Experience working in a high-volume studio, fashion, apparel, retail, or eCommerce environment

โ€ข Strong project management, organization, and communication skills

โ€ข Experience managing large asset volumes and tight production timelines

โ€ข Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and DAM/PM platforms such as Brandfolder and Asana

โ€ข Experience working with offshore production teams is a plus

โ€ข Previous leadership or team management experience preferred
