Die Cut Operator
About your role:
As a Die Cut Operator, you will produce plastic debit and credit cards by setting up, operating, and adjusting die cut equipment in the Nashville facility. You will work with production associates and partners across the manufacturing process to complete orders accurately, maintain quality standards, and support safe, efficient card production.
What you'll do:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor die cut equipment used in the manufacturing of plastic debit and credit cards.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain work accuracy and respond to equipment messages during production.
  • Inspect finished work to verify quality, confirm quantities produced, and ensure each batch matches the order ticket.
  • Complete equipment setup and changeover activities to support scheduled production runs.
  • Cross-train on other production equipment, including hot stamp, lamination, collation, and inspection processes, as needed.
  • Follow established safety, security, quality, and continuous improvement standards while working with associates to meet production goals.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English in a production environment.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift and move and/or lift materials weighing 20 to 50 pounds.
  • High School Diploma, Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience operating die cut or similar production equipment.
  • Experience in a high-volume production environment.
  • Experience performing quality checks and verifying order accuracy in a manufacturing setting.
  • Mechanical aptitude demonstrated through machine setup, adjustment, or troubleshooting experience.

How you'll work:
  • You will work an assigned schedule of Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
  • This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
