  • 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Job Description:
We are seeking Die Cast Operators for a foundry manufacturing facility in South Beloit, IL. Candidates will be responsible for operating die cast machines, inspecting parts, maintaining production standards, and following all safety protocols.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Operate die cast and related production equipment
  • Perform visual quality inspections of finished parts
  • Remove excess material and prepare parts for next-stage processing
  • Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues
  • Maintain production quotas and quality standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a foundry environment with exposure to heat, noise, and industrial conditions
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
