Full-TimeJob Summary

We are looking for a Caster / Melter with experience in furnace operations, metal melting, or casting. In this role, you will melt metal alloys, prepare molds and crucibles, operate casting equipment, and ensure products meet quality standards while following safe manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities
  • Operate melting furnaces and casting equipment.
  • Melt and pour metal alloys into molds.
  • Prepare and replace crucibles and molds.
  • Monitor furnace temperatures and production processes.
  • Inspect finished castings for quality.
  • Complete production documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in furnace operation, foundry, metal casting, or manufacturing.
  • Experience working with molten metal, crucibles, or high-temperature equipment preferred.
