Job Description

Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience in HP Exstream Dialogue Tool version 7 and above.
Able to design & Develop simple to complex document in Dialogue both in High Volume &
On-Demand Application.
Should have strong knowledge around Dialogue Data Mapping, Page Designs, Output
Queues, Flow Tables, Barcodes, campaigns & Messages & Advanced concepts
Dynamic Import of Resources into Document.
Should be able to create documents in multiple languages
Dialogue Engine Processing through mainframe, Unix Engine Switches, Connectors &
Application packaging
Should be aware of building the Database for HP Exstream.

Qualifications

Strong in Architecture and Design of CCM systems.
Experience on Enterprise system integrations & Enterprise content Management
Experience on Insurance domain will be added advantage.
Should be good in verbal and written communication
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
