BryceTech is seeking a Program Evaluation Analyst to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of public health programs and initiatives. The Program Evaluation Analyst will apply evaluation methodologies and analytical techniques to assess program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable findings to support program and policy decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience with program evaluation, performance measurement, data collection and analysis, and development of evaluation reports and presentations. The candidate should be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative information and translating evaluation findings into clear recommendations for government stakeholders. Responsibilities * Support the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of program evaluation activities
* Develop and refine evaluation questions, logic models, performance measures, indicators, and evaluation frameworks
* Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative program data
* Conduct literature reviews, environmental scans, and other research to support program evaluation activities
* Develop data collection instruments, interview protocols, surveys, assessment tools, and other evaluation materials
* Assist with identifying appropriate evaluation methodologies, data sources, analytical approaches, and measures
* Analyze program performance and outcomes to assess effectiveness, efficiency, reach, and impact
* Identify trends, gaps, challenges, and opportunities based on evaluation findings
* Prepare evaluation reports, technical memoranda, presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, and other products
* Translate complex evaluation findings into clear, actionable recommendations for program managers and leadership
* Support the development and tracking of program performance measures and outcomes
* Assist with monitoring evaluation milestones, deliverables, data collection activities, and project schedules
* Participate in stakeholder interviews, focus groups, working groups, and other evaluation-related engagements
* Coordinate with CDC personnel, federal partners, contractors, and other stakeholders to obtain information and support evaluation activities
* Support quality assurance and validation of evaluation data and analytical products
* Assist with developing evaluation plans, implementation plans, and other program documentation
* Maintain organized documentation of evaluation methodologies, data sources, assumptions, findings, and recommendations
* Support continuous improvement activities by using evaluation findings to identify opportunities for program enhancement
* Perform other related duties in support of CDC program evaluation and public health initiatives Qualifications Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, health services research, health administration, social sciences, statistics, evaluation science, or a related field
* 3+ years of relevant professional experience supporting program evaluation, performance measurement, research, data analysis, public health programs, or a related field
* Experience conducting quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
* Experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting programmatic or research data
* Experience developing reports, presentations, briefings, and other analytical products
* Understanding of basic program evaluation concepts, methodologies, and performance measurement
* Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting CDC, HHS, or other federal public health programs
* Experience designing or implementing public health program evaluations
* Experience developing logic models, theories of change, evaluation frameworks, or performance measurement plans
* Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

* Experience with statistical or analytical software such as SAS, R, Python, SPSS, or Stata
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* Experience conducting process, outcome, impact, or implementation evaluations
* Knowledge of CDC evaluation frameworks and public health program evaluation practices
* Experience translating evaluation findings into programmatic recommendations
