Data Collection AgentDEX Imaging | Field-Based Role (Local Travel Required)
DEX Imaging is the nation’s largest independent provider of office technology, built on a foundation of exceptional service and strong people. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Data Collection Agent who thrives in the field, values accuracy, and takes ownership of their work.
This isn’t a desk-only role. It’s a dynamic position where you’ll be out in the field, gathering critical data that directly supports business operations, decision-making, and customer success. If you’re someone who enjoys autonomy, structure, and being trusted to get the job done right—you’ll fit in well here.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Collect, verify, and document accurate data in real-world environments
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office tools to input, track, and organize information
  • Maintain clean, reliable records that drive operational efficiency
  • Travel to designated locations using your own vehicle (local routes)
  • Communicate insights, updates, and findings with internal teams
  • Operate with a high level of professionalism while working independently
  • Uphold DEX Imaging’s standards around safety, confidentiality, and accuracy
