Job Description Summary

As a Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS), you will play a pivotal role within the GE HealthCare Imaging Applications team, serving as a trusted expert and training leader for GE HealthCareโ€™s Imaging portfolio. In this customerโ€‘facing, highโ€‘impact role, you will design, lead, and deliver transformative education experiences that empower Technologists to confidently and effectively use GE HealthCare MRI equipment. You will elevate the customer experience across the entire lifecycleโ€”from preโ€‘sale engagement and clinical training to seamless onboarding, workflow optimization, and ongoing postโ€‘installation support.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and coordinate the delivery of customer training with a targeted integrated account management approach including sales, project management, and other service organization teams in accordance with the Order Configuration/terms and conditions.
  • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the Imaging modalities.
  • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to provide clinicians with the knowledge and the skills to obtain optimal performance from their GE HealthCare equipment.
  • Provide preโ€‘sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to potential customers in partnership with customers, and develop and administer clinical training to the endโ€‘user personnel aligned with Sales Order Agreement (SOA) to deliver excellent clinical education to achieve high Net Promotor Scores (NPS).
  • Drive realization of revenue through execution of onโ€‘site or remote clinical education delivery.
  • Produce comprehensive, consistent, and timely completion of documentation requirements from pre through post training.
  • Provide ongoing postโ€‘installation training and support as needed over the lifecycle of the product.
  • Maintain customer relationships through proactive touches and communicate all relevant product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to the Management team, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support regarding technical and clinical issues or how to improve the quality of the product or overall product offerings.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent and minimum of 3 years MRI patient scanning experience.
  • Minimum 1 year patient scanning on GEHC equipment.
  • ARRT, ARMRIT, or equivalent specific modality certification.
  • Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment.
  • Proficient use of software applications, such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and navigating other computer and webโ€‘based tools (intranet/internet/apps).
  • Ability to learn specialized industry specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.
  • Will be required to register with one or more vendor credentialing services by various customer hospitals.
  • Required to travel extensively, 80+% (4โ€‘5 days per week including overnights and some weekends), within the territory via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, train, etc.) as necessary. You will receive a company car where required.

Compensation and Benefits

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $105,840.00โ€“$158,760.00 Annual. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
