Developing software solutions to business problems. Leverages established design patterns and coding standards. Build solutions that are secure, durable, scalable and accessible.

Typical Day:
As an Application Developer/DevOps Engineer, job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
โ€ข Participate in developing infrastructure as code, execution plans, resource graph and change automation using Terraform.
โ€ข Participate in certificate management process and automate using Configuration Management tools such as Ansible.
โ€ข Automate the infrastructure using Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins.
โ€ข Perform maintenance and application support as needed.
โ€ข Documentation of the pipelines and infrastructure on how to use them.
โ€ข Automating the deployments by developing the Python Scripts.
โ€ข Skilled in Kubernetes, deploying micro services to Kubernetes clusters and monitoring them if they are up and running and are working as expected.
โ€ข Automating the provisioning of whole Kubernetes infrastructure and configuring monitoring tools like Prometheus, Data dog in order to collect and track the performances of the clusters.
โ€ข Debugging and troubleshooting the errors and unexpected behavior of the services.
โ€ข Ability to analyze, diagnose and propose solutions to user problems.
โ€ข Ability to write and value high quality, reusable software with minimal defects.
โ€ข Ability to learn and incorporate new technologies, concepts and development languages.
โ€ข Maintain the security of the infrastructure and the services that are running on that infrastructure.
โ€ข Assisting the other team members in automating deployments and help them understand the whole process.
