About the role
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate operational projects from initiation through closure, ensuring they align with the company's financial goals and client performance standards. This role acts as a primary liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and external clients to optimize workflows, enhance cash flow, and implement scalable systems.
The principal functions of the position identified shall not be considered as a complete description of all the work requirements and expectations that may be inherent in the position. POSITION ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives, including new client implementations, software transitions, and process re-engineering.
  • Operational Optimization: Assist leadership in the identification of revenue leakage and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central communication hub, facilitating meetings, providing regular status reports to the CEO, and managing expectations across all business units.
  • Workflow Development: Assist leadership with the creation and documentation of EBS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize data analytics and PowerBI to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, interdependencies, and resource constraints, escalating roadblocks to executive leadership as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with measurable financial outcomes.
  • Advanced experience with PM tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong familiarity with data analytics tools like PowerBI or Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Lean Six Sigma practices or similar continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is highly desirable.
