What You'll Do

• Assists with logistics coordination and inventory management activities to support efficient distribution center operations.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for scheduling inbound shipments to the distribution center and maintaining inbound visibility.
• Provides daily updates on inbound receipts, put-away activities, and inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborates with Operations leadership, internal buyers, and logistics partners to improve inbound planning andexecution.
• Support workforce allocation planning based on daily inbound volumes and operational priorities.
• Investigates and help resolve inventory, receiving, and transactional discrepancies through data analysis and crossfunctional collaboration.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
• Assists with process mapping, documentation, and operational performance reporting.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisors to gain hands-on experience and provide support across receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
• Support special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.
• Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg’s cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.
• Responsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providingfocused feedback, and recognition. What You Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and distribution center operations.
• Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Power Point capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
• Experience using artificial intelligence productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude preferred.
