Are you passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities and delays reach their full potential? Join our team as a Developmental Specialist II and play a vital role in improving lives through assessment, intervention, advocacy, and family support.

✨ What You'll Do:
✔ Conduct developmental assessments for children and adults
✔ Create and implement individualized intervention plans
✔ Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers
✔ Provide guidance, training, and support to families
✔ Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and case records
✔ Connect individuals and families with valuable community resources
✔ Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

???? Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 1 year of professional experience providing social services, referrals, and/or case management
• Knowledge of developmental milestones, assessments, and intervention strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical professional standards
