Summary:

Our company-owned distribution and fulfillment centers located in central Ohio are core to our operations. We also use third-party distribution centers, third-party-operated direct channel fulfillment centers and pop-up fulfillment facilities as needed, located throughout North America, to better position inventory geographically. Construction was completed on our largest fulfillment distribution center in 2022, located in Commercial Point, Ohio. With more than one million square feet of space and innovation, this distribution center provides us with additional growth capacity for our direct business, an important part of our omnichannel organization.

The Operations Manager will have responsibilities for leading the daily operation of multiple departments within the distribution center and creating a welcoming, positive, and fun working environment. Serves as the connection between business success and customer experience through leading exempt and non-exempt teams, driving business objectives, leading change, and living our values.

This position will be located at SB2. Shift is Sun- Thurs, 10am - 6pm (Friday, OT day).  

Pay is base salary $2.50 tap pay

Responsibilities
  • Uses understanding of the larger supply chain network to run and drive end-to-end business and departmental objectives.
  • Develops and implements appropriate plans to achieve desired results in a timely manner with thoughtful change management navigation.
  • Analyzes data and information to identify new opportunities for cost reduction and innovation; provides thoughtful recommendations & standard processes.
  • Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with the brand, cross-functional partners and key stakeholders across the logistics network.
  • Coaches and develops team by providing feedback on performance which is timely, specific and accurate; focusing on strengths and development needs; encourages team to generate ideas and implement when possible.
  • Consistently motivates, recognizes and rewards individual and team accomplishments.
  • Convert high level strategy into operational plans that consist of comprehensive action steps for self and team; clarifies roles and responsibilities for each team member ensuring understanding and commitment to specific objectives and a collaborative work approach.
  • In partnership with the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator, supports compliance and performance improvements pertaining to Safety and Regulatory expectations.
  • Leadership experience & consistent track record of success around developing talent in a high volume, associate focused environment.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, organizational, and thinking skills.
  • Able to multi-task & handle conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to work with and influence associates and leaders at varying levels of responsibility and functional expertise.
  • Computer skills within Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to effectively learn new systems.
