Location: London Ontario
Position Type: Independent Contractor

About the Role
Are you passionate about empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to live their best lives? We’re looking for a compassionate, driven **Developmental Services Worker (DSW)** to join our team and make a real difference in the community. This role involves providing person-centered support that promotes independence, inclusion, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living needs including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation
- Facilitate social, recreational, and skill-building activities
- Advocate for client rights and support community integration
- Implement behavior support plans and follow health/safety protocols
- Accurately document care plans, progress reports, and incidents
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals

Qualifications
- Diploma in Developmental Services Work (or equivalent human services program)
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred
