Now Hiring a Case Manager for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Indianapolis, IN.


What You'll Do

  • Advocate for client, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment
  • Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs
  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout duration of treatment
  • Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment
  • Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training etc. as necessary for client post - discharge
  • Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support etc.)

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-year experience in treatment industry preferred
  • If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Warm, empathetic, respectable personality
