Sangalang Development Services (SDS), has been providing development related services to land developers and builders in the Houston area since 2009.

We pride ourselves in providing timely and dependable services to meet our client’s ever-changing needs.

Our services include dry utility design and coordination, stormwater pollution prevention and construction services, annual stormwater quality permit renewals, postal pad and cluster mailbox sales/installation, and vacant lot and acreage mowing.

We work closely with our clients’ engineers, surveyors, land planners, landscape architects, as well as with energy companies, gas companies, communication companies, and City/County/other agencies to provide the above services to meet our clients’ needs.

**Jobs Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced project managers and construction managers to join our team.

PROJECT MANAGER - will coordinate and manage various dry utility construction projects. This role requires an intermediate understanding of project management principles, a minimum of three years experience in project management, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. The goal of this role is to promote to a project manager in a timely manner.

CREW MANAGER - supervise crews of workers on various projects out in the field from storm water pollution prevention in construction areas of master planned communities, installing cluster postal boxes, lot mow and commercial site maintenance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation

- Help coordinate project activities and ensure all deadlines are met

- Learn how to prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates

- Participate in collaborating with project teams to identify and resolve issues

- Assist in inquiring about project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

- Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project delivery

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in project coordination and management

- Experience with project scheduling

- Basic understanding of construction management practices

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
