Parts Development Management ASSOC/SPEC

WHAT YOU WILL DO

ย ย  ย Oversee business planning and HR & Administration functions within the Procurement Division of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America, LLC.ย 
ย ย  ย Develop and implement new operational standards and procedures for the Procurement Division
ย ย  ย Manage process related to Human Resources, employee training, General Affairs, and IT for the Procurement Division
ย ย  ย Ensure accurate maintenance of procurement materials records and contracts, and organize documentation for efficient retrieval.
ย ย  ย Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating correspondence for the procurement division.
ย ย  ย Plan, coordinate, and distribute information regarding production and potential supplier engagements.
ย ย  ย Maintain and update the supplier information database to support procurement activities.
ย ย  ย Deliver training on requisition processes to procurement team members.
ย ย  ย Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal regulations within procurement activities.
ย ย  ย Identify and implement improvements to purchasing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required:
ย ย  ย Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance or Accounting or related field from accredited university
ย ย  ย High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel and PowerPoint, required.

ย ย  ย Intermediate - Minimum 2 years of related job experienceย 
ย ย  ย Experience in the Automotive Industry preferred.
