While both roles require strong organizational skills and certifications like PMP, Development Management emphasizes land use, urban development, and stakeholder coordination, whereas Project Management is broader and industry-specific.

In development management, high-paying roles often require experience and skills rather than formal degrees. Positions such as project managers, product managers, or senior developers can earn $10,000 or more monthly through expertise, certifications, and leadership abilities, especially in tech companies or startups. Building a strong portfolio and gaining relevant certifications like PMP or Scrum can help achieve these income levels without a degree.
