Job description

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary and middle school students. Serving two nearby educational sites, you’ll provide essential assessment and intervention services tailored to young learners, guiding their communication development and helping each student reach their fullest potential.

This full-time, onsite position provides the chance to work collaboratively with school support teams, interns, and families in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The role begins as soon as possible and runs through June 10, 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active California SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Background supporting elementary and middle school students
  • Strong skills in evaluation, therapy planning, and progress measurement
  • Effective communicator, able to connect with students, parents, and educational team
  • School-based experience highly valued
  • Please note: SLPA credentials are not accepted for this role
  • Must be onsite; remote work is not available

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with educators and families to develop and update IFSPs/IEPs
  • Serve a diverse caseload across two school buildings
  • Complete timely documentation and maintain organized records
  • Assist with bilingual and culturally responsive supports as needed
  • Participate actively in team meetings and professional development
