Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
  • Medication reminders and monitor health status as directed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
