Buscamos un/a Business Development Director con solida experiencia en el sector seguros y en la venta de servicios de consultoria y soluciones IT, que lidere el crecimiento del negocio dentro de cuentas estrategicas.  La persona sera responsable de identificar y maximizar oportunidades dentro de cuentas existentes y nuevas cuentas, impulsando su crecimiento, rentabilidad y posicionando a la compania como partner de referencia a largo plazo. 

Tus principales responsabilidades seran: 

  • Definir e impulsar la estrategia de crecimiento dentro de la cuenta, identificando nuevas lineas de negocio y oportunidades de expansion. 

  • Identificar oportunidades en distintas areas del cliente (negocio, IT, innovacion) para incrementar la presencia y el impacto, ofreciendo propuestas de valor. 

  • Construir relaciones de confianza con stakeholders clave, incluyendo interlocutores de nivel ejecutivo y contribuyendo al posicionamiento de la compania como partner estrategico en los procesos de transformacion digital. 

  • Identificar cuales son los partners clave para el negocio de seguroscon los cuales se puede establecer una alianza para generar oportunidades, aportar recursos y reducir riesgos con el fin de potenciar el modelo de negocio. 

  • Fomentar el cross-selling y up-selling de soluciones (Cloud, Data, AI, modernizacion de plataformas, etc.) 

  • Liderar el "end-to-end" del proceso de venta y ofertas con el fin de adaptar la propuesta a los requerimientos del cliente. 

  • Influir en los interlocutores del cliente, dirigir las reuniones de ventas y gestionar sus expectativas para desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo para el beneficio del negocio. 

  • Posicionarse como asesor estrategico del cliente, entendiendo su hoja de ruta y retos de negocio. 

  • Gestionar la P&L de la cuenta, optimizando crecimiento, margenes y eficiencia.   

  • Crear una red interna de relaciones en GFT, fomentando la colaboracion y aprovechando las best practices con el objetivo de generar sinergias entre los diferentes equipos. 

  • Conjuntamente con el departamento de Marketing y los SMEs ideara acciones de comunicacion (eventos, webinars, acciones en social media,...) para la generacion de leads. 

Requisitos deseados: 

  • Mas de 10 anos de experiencia probada en la venta de consultoria y soluciones IT a medida yproductos dentro del sector asegurados, abriendo nuevos clientes y fidelizando los ya existentes. 

  • Historial demostrado en expansion de negocio en cuentas existentes, mejora de margenes y rentabilidad y generacion de crecimiento recurrente.  

  • Experiencia en entornos complejos con multiples interlocutores.  

  • Conocimiento de los principales retos del sector seguros a nivel funcional y de procesos y de modernizacion tecnologica mediante arquitecturas cloud, adopcion de capacidades avanzadas (IA, data y automatizacion) y transformacion de procesos end-to-end. 

  • Capacidad para entender los diferentes requerimientos funcionales y tecnicos, y especialmente de las tecnologias exponenciales como AI, Blockchain y DLT, Cloud y Analisis de datos. 

  • Experiencia en gestion de P&L o responsabilidad economica de cuentas.
