The facilities are committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, looking for a dynamic Regional Marketing Director to join the team and drive census growth across our nursing homes in the Buffalo area.

Job Description

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Marketing Director to oversee the marketing and census development efforts for our nursing homes in the Buffalo area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, with established relationships with hospitals and a proven track record of successfully growing census.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase census and occupancy rates across multiple nursing homes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to drive referrals and admissions.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with facility administrators and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
