What You'll Do

As a Communications Associate, youโ€™ll serve the needs of our enterprise and business partners by supporting the development, production, and distribution of communications that enhance brand messaging, tell a Principal story, and support high-level enterprise strategy and business objectives.


What Youโ€™ll Do

Create & Deliver Communications

  • Develop and execute communications aligned to enterprise strategy and business priorities
  • Turn complex information into clear, engaging content across channels (email, intranet, video, social)
  • Gather insights, interview stakeholders, and write/edit for diverse audiences

Own & Optimize Platforms

  • Improve and manage communication platforms to ensure consistency, accessibility, and engagement
  • Apply best practices to enhance the employee experience across channels

Leverage Tools & Channels

  • Use content management and distribution tools to deliver targeted communications
  • Support publishing across key channels including intranet, email, and social

Analyze & Improve Impact

  • Track performance metrics and use insights to refine messaging and delivery

Partner Across the Business

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support communication needs and bring our brand story to life

Who You Are
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience in communications, writing, public relations, or marketing within Financial Services
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Google Analytics
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$58900 - $79800 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
