Job description

Position Summary:
The Sales Operations & Business Development Associate supports DynamiX’s sales, business development, and leadership teams by driving high-quality written sales materials, maintaining sales process discipline, and ensuring clear, professional client communication.
 
This role is central to the revenue operation and works closely with leadership—especially the CEO—on proposals, scopes of work, follow-up communication, and deal coordination. It requires exceptional writing ability, strong organization, and consistent attention to detail in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
 
This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days per week) based in Kennesaw, Georgia.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, refine, and finalize client proposals, scopes of work, and sales materials, often on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare clear, professional follow-up emails, outbound communications, and deal summaries.
  • Support inbound and outbound sales efforts with strong written materials and structured next steps.
  • Track leads, opportunities, pricing, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed.
  • Coordinate with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and clean handoffs.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot, including contacts, companies, deals, quotes, and activities.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across the CRM.
  • Create and maintain reports or views to support sales tracking and leadership visibility.
  • Take initiative to identify gaps, issues, or breakdowns in the sales process and help resolve them.
  • Represent DynamiX professionally and confidently in all client-facing communication.
  • Complete special projects and perform other duties as requested.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in agency, professional services, SaaS, or B2B environments.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including proposals, emails, and summaries.
  • Clear, confident verbal communicator.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Professional, polished, reliable, and accountable.
  • Prior experience in agency, professional services, SaaS, or B2B services preferred.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems strongly preferred.
