Are you passionate about helping customers and providing top-notch service? At South Strand Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to assist vehicle shoppers and create a seamless dealership experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to phone, email, and text inquiries from potential and existing customers
  • Schedule showroom appointments and follow up with leads to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver an exceptional experience from inquiry to purchase
  • Make approximately 100 follow-up calls per day to nurture long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full-Time INCLUDING Saturdays (Closed Sunday)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Prior customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience preferred
